Mattress
What do I need to know about the maintenance of my mattress?
The mattress must be turned around every three months so that the top portion where the head rests takes the place of the bottom side. Furthermore, it must be flipped over every three months or less to revive its materials. In addition, the mattress must be protected from water, sweat or any other liquid.
Do the mattresses have akarea?
Akarea, is the number one cause of allergies in our time, we must stress the following, as long as the covers of our mattresses are washed, the risk of attracting akarea is eliminated.
Are the mattress covers washable?
They can be washed in the washing machine at 30 C.
Why does the mattress have a zipper?
The mattresses have zippers in order to allow the covers to be removed and washed. Also, we put a strong emphasis on the trust of our customers in our products, with the zippers we are able to show and explain the details of what’s inside every mattress.
Toppers
What does the top mattress have to offer?
The mattress topper supports the body parts that mattress cannot cover. It creates more elasticity and improves blood circulation. It also acts as a protector increasing mattress’s lifetime.
Can I have the top mattress separately and put it on my current mattress?
Yes, if the mattress is in good condition i.e. does not have bumps.
Pillows
How do I make the right choice for a pillow?
Pillow is the mattress for head and neck, it supports both neck and the head. The pillow must have the necessary height to fill the gap that exists between the mattress and the curve of the back of the neck.
How can I adjust and maintain my pillow?
Pillows are made of latex, memory foam, feather, microfiber and comforell. Pillows with latex and memory foam have zippers in order to wash the pillow case.
Materials
Why should I choose a mattress made out of natural materials over a mattress with springs?
Mattresses without springs are comparatively the best to those with springs because natural materials give isometric body support. Springs, on the other hand provide very uneven support.
What kind of wood are you using for your bases/headboards?
Panstromasew is using solid wood.
What is the difference between natural latex and memory foam?
Latex is a perfectly elastic product, on the other hand memory foam adapts the body shape.

Where are the mattresses manufactured?
The company is located in the industrial area of Ergates, Nicosia where the products are manufactured in our factory.
If I have my own base, does it need to fulfill certain criteria for a Panstromasew mattress?
The mattress must be placed on a base that allows ventilation. The board that supports the mattress must be straight.
Can I order a mattress in custom dimensions?
The mattresses, the bases and the headboards are made in custom dimensions.
