RETURN POLICY FOR ALL ORDERS WITHIN CYPRUS
What if I change my mind?
We hope you enjoy the benefits of Panstromasew products. If you purchased from https://panstromasew.com/, you have 14 calendar days after receiving your order to change your mind.
However, for product categories such as beds, mattresses, pillows, sofas, and sofa-beds, we can only accept returns in cases of faulty or damaged products, which we collect free of charge. For order cancellations of these items, the product must remain sealed and a 30% cancellation fee applies.
If you wish to return an item, please inform us in writing by sending us an email at info@panstromasew.com.
Do not send items back until we respond and provide you with a pre-fixed RMA number, which helps us process your return more efficiently. For further information, refer to Clauses 14 and 16 in our general Terms and Conditions.
Returning Bonus/Free Products with Your Mattress Order
Suppose you received a bonus or free product, such as a mattress protector, when you bought your mattress. In that case, you will find that neither the mattress nor the bonus items will suit you during the trial period.
When returning a mattress that was part of a bundle offer, you must also return all bonus items received with the mattress. However, you can keep one or more items from the bundle while returning the mattress.
The original price of the retained items will apply, and you must pay for them separately. When you submit your notification via our Online Return Request Form, please inform us about the items you are returning and those you wish to keep.
What Should You Do if Your Product is Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect?
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect product, please notify us immediately in writing. Please email us at info@panstromasew.com with your name, address, and a brief issue description. For further details, please refer to our general Terms and Conditions.

What If You Want to Make Your Return Arrangements?
If you decide to handle the return of any items you don't want, you will need to cover the return costs. Please provide your name, order number, address, and contact details when returning the items to ensure timely refund processing. If you are returning large items, scheduling a date and time to bring them to our location is essential, as we may need more staff to assist.
What Happens If You Purchased from Another Retailer?
If you have purchased a Panstromasew product from an authorised retailer, your return and exchange options are subject to that retailer's policies.
